I cant figure out how to remove the option of "none" as part of the Due Date field in our queues.

I can make the field required as part of the field/queue definition, but I dont see how/where I can remove the "none" radio button.

I also looked in the Ticket Rules section and couldnt find anywhere to remove this field option.

Any ideas

  • You can't remove the "none" option unfortunately.
  • If you want to make a due date required you could create a ticket rule that finds tickets without a due date and email the owner to set one. Have the rule run every fifteen minutes and they'll set it pretty quickly.
