Trend Micro application

The application runs silently with the install command below from Windows command prompt or batch file.

However, if you were to include it into a Run Once key or in Sysprep, the installation would not run silently and fail. An error message also occurs if the PC is not connected to network for offline installation.

The goal is to be able to integrate this package into the image installation process whereby the application is install automatically in sequence during runtime with other applications, including offline install.

Can anyone help me with the situation.

If you're trying to include it in a base image, wouldn't it make more sense to fully install it and THEN SysPrep, rather than run the installation as part of the post-SysPrep run?
