Is it possible to track when was the last time software is used in K1000?

Yes, this is possible using software metering. In the machine inventory you need to designate those machines that have metering enabled with a label. Then in the software catalog you need to designate the titles that should be metered. The K1000 will then give you data on the usage of the title.
