Ok, this is started off as a funny "haha" but now is a sad "haha". When some of our users create tickets for the help desk they enter their title ie VP, HR Rep., Project Manager, ext... to the Tile line. Can we possibly change this to say Ticket Issue or Subject, something they will understand?

Yes, you can change the display name of any field in a ticket. You'll have to modify it in the queue configuration.
