Hello,

I am trying to create a report, in Crystal or KACE, to capture the information listed in the "Add Work" area of the Help Desk. I need to obtain the following information for each ticket:
*Time Spent
*Work Date
*Work Start
*Work End
*Work Note

In Crystal, the 'HD.WORK.ADJUSTMENT_HOURS' produce an output of "1.00" and the 'HD.WORK.NOTE' displays "completed." Can someone please assist with this?

Resolved: I was able to obtain the report output I needed in Crystal Reports. The problem was resolved by clearing all of the table links in Crystal and manually linking the appropriate tables (HD_WORK, HD_TICKET, HD_USER, etc.). After performing this step, the data was displayed properly (YAY!!)
