time is always wrong AFTER sysprep

The time zone is correct in the sysprep.xml file, The time is correct on my reference computer. When deploying the image to machines the time is ALWAYS wrong.

any thoughts on how to fix this?.

Wrong forum. I think you want to post this on an OS deployment forum.

Hint: check the time server syncronization settings
