Is there a way to associate the assigned machine to a submitter. So when the user submits a ticket their information and/or the assigned PC is preconfigured?

Not really. KBOX tries to remember which PC they submitted a ticket for last time, but if a user moves around a lot it's not going to get it right most of the time. If the user is submitting via the portal instead of email I believe this improves.
