ThinApp showing automation error- powertax

while deploying the ThinApp thomson power tax application , while launching one of the shortcut an error window is getting opened showing automation error.

. Adobe acrobrat 9. is the dependency for this application.the application will open on giving OK. kindly provide a solutin for the issue.
