Systems Management

Currently working a system...K1100 and K2100.  It doesn't seem to have the multiple organization feature.  The appliances are linked and being logged in as the local admin I am unable to see the "System" drop down option in the default org.  I am wanting to be able to make some recommendations to the client but no one here seems to have a clue on what the passwords are or who set it up.  K1 is on 5.4.76848.

Am I missing something?
