sysprep error

Has anyone else had the following error when trying to deploy a windows 7 image?

"Windows could not load required file WinSetup.dll. The may be corrupt. To install Windows, restart the Instalation. Error Code: 0x36B3"

The strange thing is that its only intermittant and usually happens when i build 3 or more stations at the same time with the same image and the same hardware.

I set 3 HP 6730s laptops going this morning, 2 failed with the error, one went through ok but never loaded any post install tasks despite then being in C:\KACE.

Hope someone can help as im pulling my hair out!

Thanks

I have been having this same problem, usually only when were deploying large images (15+ Gig) or more than 20 images at the same time. I haven't talked with support about this issue yet but that would be my suggestion. I've been working with them on another issue with my K2000 Kernel Panicing, since implementing their fix for that I haven't had a corrupt WinSetup.dll.

Do you know what their fix was? Its really frustrating esspecially when you have to build 200 machines in 3 days.

How long does your image take to deploy? so far my image is about 17gb and it takes nearly 2 hours.

Im now getting the issue where they seem to going through sysprep fine but now not running Post Install tasks aren't running!! Its so frustrating!
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
