Surface Pro PXE Boot - K2000

We have the current firware and Ehternet Adapters.  We have tried both the adapter and dock but the device cycles straight through PXE ipv4 and never boots to the KBE.  Has anyone successfully imaged a surface pro using the K2000.  We've read about the IP Helper addresses but want to find out if it can be done without it.

you have to use a UEFI boot stick for a surface pro, the bios looks for UEFI devices to boot to.  If it is the newest one you also have to use winpe 5.0 kbe

  • Hi, any updates of booting Surface Pro just using PXE ipv4 instead of using USB stick in the latest version of K2000? - Adam.Moeloek.WB 6 years ago
