I installed Outlook add In .for the first Launch it is asking for restart the outlook .i have to suppress that any idea

make sure you only install the add-in when Outlook is not active on the machine.

After installation of Add-in please capture HKCU in my case 51 entries, to copy them to other users i've used ActiveSetup. You will not be asked to restart Outlook.
