Hey guys, is there a way to submit and complete a service desk ticket in one swoop/step? If I already completed the work and want to go back and document in a ticket, I don't want to have to go through the steps of submitting ticket... assigning the ticket... updating the ticket... closing the ticket... Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks

I just set all of the fields appropriately, including setting the status to closed and save the ticket. Unless you're using a process for all of your tickets that require the individual steps then I imagine your service desk allows the same thing.
