We are having an issue where a user creates a ticket via email and some of his email is getting cut off. I have determined that it is due to a symbol that is used in his email. This email is generated from a program so it cant really be changed on that end. It is the  . I have found that this only happens if the ticket is being created via email. If the ticket exists and being updated via email or if it is created by logging into kbox it does not cause this issue. Is there anyway around this? I know that logging in and creating the ticket would work but we want to make this as streamlined as possible.

  • I am having a similar issue, though mine seems to cut off when someone forwards an email into the helpdesk. My issue appears to be the email client creating a horizontal rule.
    I haven't been able to find any information on it.
