I am trying to run SQL reports, but they don't run as usual. The browsers window just keeps blinking like it is running but none of the reports finish. It happened several times in the past, but resolved to working after several hours. However, this time it has been days since I was able to run a report.

The few times this has happened to me the issue wasn't resolved until I restarted the KBOX.

Yes, you likely have a report that has not been able to complete. All reports run after that point get added to a 'queue', and will not execute until the first report has completed.

Restarting the server should resolve this, though if the server will not restart with the button on k1000/server I would recommend contacting KACE support to have a tech check for further information on the process.

This can happen if a SQL query is created, but is not correctly written. If that is what caused your issue, I would recommend testing all SQL queries using MySQL Workbench prior to implementing.
