SQL based application fails to run after WISE setup captur.

I am using WISE to repackage a SQL based application. Now after the iinitial setup capture when I am running the application it fails to install and the system freezes. I have tried to install the application without running the WISE setup capture before it and it worked fine ie the application installs in the system without any hassle. But whenever the WISE setup capture is run before installing the application it completely freezes. Any help?

What error does it throw? What does the log file say?
