Specified application does not exist?

I am a zero at app-v. I work with another guy on packaging applications here. I mostly work on Wise and SCCM... He single-handedly manages App-V. He is on vacation and I am stuck trying to resolve users' issues with App-V :-(

The users have Visual Studio 2008 published on App-V. All was working fine until last night. This morning several users cannot use it. I have checked a couple machines. Tried refreshing the app list by unloading/deleting and then refreshing the server for loading apps back on the client. A bunch of apps appear but VS2008 is not in the App list. What do I check next.. I dont even know how to go about it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in Advance!

This is the error. <attachment>

I tried loading one of the apps and received this in the eventvwr
Could not load OSD file \Content\MP2\MP2-prod.osd">\\<servername>\Content\MP2\MP2-prod.osd

The osd file is very much in the location. The server is accessible.
The problem seems to be with all the applications on the clients, which can only mean there is a problem on the server side.
Could someone please help?
