We have in our HD the Date Created field (called Date Open) added as our first column. This includes Date and time. When we try and sort on this field it never changes or sorts. Has anyone experienced this problem, we just upgraded to K1000 5.5.

When we click on other column names in the HD they sort (ex. Time Open and Ticket Number) sort like they should.

  • I'm seeing that as well. We setup a custom multi select field for site locations and it's not sorting on that field.
  • The status field is having some issues to with this version, are you having issues with it to?
    • Give support a quick call and get k1_hotfix_5_5_K1_14047_HD_column_sort_20130907.kbin. Takes care of it.
