sony ericsson pc suite silent install

first of all i have to say, i don't have any experiences with silent installations,
so does anyone know how to do a silent install with sony ericsson pc suite? i tried with the normal parameter /s but it doesn't function, it always pops up the install wizard...

you need to find silent switch for the EXE
I hope sony PC suite contains embedded MSI.., you can extract it and try installing with MSI silent switch

there is no msi, only an exe
are you absolutely sure the exe does not extract an msi during installation? Reason I ask is because all the Package KB entries here seem to mention msi-based installers.
While you're installing keep an eye on your documents and settings folder. Default location for extracting these msi's is c:\documents and settings\<your user>\Local Settings\Temp (or equivalent).
You might see an msi appear there.

i don't find a msi in the temp folder, but when i start the installation over setup, it extract packages

The final switch gives the game away: that's the switch passed to MSIExec for an almost-silent install.
Remember that some vendors seem to be following Microsoft's lead and putting their extracted MSIs in a folder beneath %USERPROFILE%\Appliction Data\[VendorName]\[ApplicationName].
