Procmon will show you what your application is failing to do as a standard user.

Thanks,

If you think it is permission related, then ProcMon will show you something.

Relax permissions the whole of HKLM and C:\ and if that works then reset the permissions and relax HKLM\Software and C:\Program Files and keep drilling down until you find the most restrictive permissions that will allow the application to function.

Hope this helps,

A contact list sounds like something that would be stored in each user's profile, rather than in a common folder. Check your capture to make sure that folders specific to the administrators profile are not referenced explicitly - you may need to change these to reference %USERPROFILE%

Spartacus: i did not mean that only that fails when i`m trying to open contact list, i fails if i`m trying to open anything i want.
dunnpy: i also tried to put on all registry permissions, and that did not worked, also on the C:\ put that also did not worked and that is why i`m confused.

Clearly not.

Use the tools you have been told about. If necessary, use 'Run As...' to execute them with local administrator privileges when you're testing with a standard user account. Both will show you what's going on.

i just thot is it possible to give limited users rights in the package that it is able to create registry entries, because after launching program admin user creates some, offcorse if i add them in my package that dont work but maybe if they would be able to do that bay them self then it could work, and what i need now to know is there sach thing which will doo that?
