The best way to get to know the Admin Studio Tools is to start with the webdemo on the Flexera site. http://www.flexerasoftware.com/ This will give you a good genaral knowledge.
If you then have questions about specific tools you can resubmit them.

What exactly are you up to? YOu have been posting similar questions every day and you never respond to any of them. Are you just trying to improve your stats?
