Deployed software updates(40) through SCCM for 600 users 12 hours before. How much time it takes to reach all the machines. Can any one have any idea.

In theory they should have them based on your interval of when clients are checking for policy updates in SCCM, Windows Updates in GPO, and based on LAN\WAN connectivity, bandwidth and whether GPO is set to install or just download or whatever. Too many variables to be precise.
