Software Restriction Policy
I have a policy that will allow all shorcuts on the desktop to have unrestricted access. The problem is, it only appears to work for some shortcuts. If I navigate to the actual path, I can launch the application, but it cannot be launched from the desktop. Any ideas?

I was able to figure out the solution. I had placed a shortcut on the desktop of one user but since only shorcuts placed on the desktop of all users are allowed to run, it did not run.
