You can do this by giving the KBOX the .exe names you want to meter. Since office doesn't have a single exe you can monitor you would have to do one for each program or pick the the ones you are interested in metering. 

Assets > Metering

You can do a chose action and add new .exe's you want to meter and enable. 

You can also meter certain applications by creating software labels and group say office 2010 word and meter that instead of office 2007 word.
