Recently the two titles I have listed in our software library are acting weird. Instead of downloading the file, I get a 0Byte file which is corrupted. I rebooted our kbox and uploaded the files again with no luck.

Any ideas?

Does the software item have spaces in the name? If so, remove the spaces in the filename, re-upload, and test again.

Also, have you tried a managed install with the same file?

According to KACE support, this is a known issue. The work around is to make a KB article and to attach the file that way until a fix is found.

Enigineering has identified the fix for this and will be incorporating it into the 5.1 release. If you are experiencing the problem you can contact support to tether your box and apply the fix to your 5.0 server.
