A few things to check.
1: Check Last Catalog update:
· 6.0 K1000> Settings > Appliance Updates > Software Catalog (Last Attempt Date)
· 5.5 K1000> Settings > Server Maintenance > Software Catalog (Last Update Date)
If last attempt is more than a few days old, attempt to update.
2: make sure all your systems are on agent 5.5 or later. 5.4 and previous will not show data for the software catalog.
Of those systems make sure they have a current (Green AMP) connection.
Also check to see if they have a current inventory (in the last 24 hours) If not, attempt to force inventory in the asset details screen on some test machines.
3: After updating wait a few hours and see what happens.
If there are no errors in the catalog update and the agents are 5.5 and over, they have a valid connection with a current inventoy and you still see no data. Open Support ticket with KACE
