When configuring the clients in a branch office model with a mix of Mangement Servers & LWS, endeavour to set the OSDSourceRoot and IconSourceRoot to the content share on your LWS in addition to the ApplicationSourceRoot in order to reduce traffice across WANs. Typically your OSDs and ICOs come in 10's of KBs, but considering a large enterprise environment with thousands of users - this will definitely be some traffic across the WAN!
