SMTP with Zimbra and .local domain
Our KBox is configured with a hostname in the form of kbox.domain.local As such, the internal e-mail is set to email@example.com Our Alt. e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org
Furthermore, our e-mail is hosted externally on Zimbra. Any ideas on how to get INBOUND e-mail working properly in this setup? Seems that outbound e-mail is fine (we are sending out through our internal SMTP server). TIA.

Are you talking about the K1000 internal SMTP or another one you have in your environment? Are you getting any errors or bounce-back messages?
