SMS 2K3 Package Deployment

Does anybody know wheather SMS 2K3 Packages can be exported to other Server or to some other means???

I'm assuming you're referring to copying source packages to other distribution points by means other than 'update distribution points' within SMS?
I can't say no with absolute certainty, but I can say this. At my last job we had issues with SMS (because of our lame SMS deployment team). We had issues where distribution points were not being updated even though SMS said they were. So we tried to manually copy the source packages to our other distribution points, but we could never get SMS to see that the source was updated, and thus never deploy the package to clients that pointed to that distribution point.
