Software Deployment

Has anyone packaged this, I've captured it on COM1, and have following problem; my package works and the software can print to the printer fine, but the printer definition doesn't appear in the printers folder, once you stop/start spooler the printer appears in printers, but the software can't print anymore, error with "can't initialize port com1"

I've found some info on Seiko's use of a virtual com port driver, but this does not appear to be the case with my version of the software
