Software Deployment

I have a program that I'm trying to deploy that has individual license codes and therefore I need the dialog that requests entry of the serial number to be displayed. I'd like to configure a MST so that all other dialogs such as install location etc are not displayed. Is this possible and how would you go about it? I've been having a look at the dialogs in InstallShield but am not having much luck understanding how the forms work (normally we just run it all quietly).

Any help would be much appreciated.
