Silverlight - Custom Inventory for Mac Users?

Hi all,

I'm trying to get an inventory of who and who does not have the most current version of Silverlight on our Mac computers. From looking at the Mac install of Silverlight, it does not appear as an installed application in the inventory as it is a series of files/plug-ins that get dropped in a few different locations.

I'm trying to put together a custom inventory rule that will check one of the Silverlight files for a creation date that is associated with the current version, but I may have the syntax off. Can anyone provide some feedback or suggest if there is a better way?

Here is what I have for my custom inventory rule:

FileInfoEquals(/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/Silverlight.plugin, creation_time, 11/20/2011 22:49:00)

Thanks,
André

You may need to escape the space character in the path, so make it:
FileInfoEquals(/Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins/Silverlight.plugin, creation_time, 11/20/2011 22:49:00)

Thanks, I was wondering about the space. I'll try that out and see if I can get it to pick up the Silverlight install. It definitely was not working with my previously posted rule.
