Silently Installation of exe with no user interface

Please can any one tell me how to install an setup.exe silently through command line parameters with no user interface.I tried with setup.iss but it failed to install.

is your installation failing to install or is it that you can't get the install to be completely silent
whats the name of the application

when I try to install through the interface but status is showing as installing and completed but none of the components are installing to the machine(C:\Program Files\).when I tried to install manually through command line parameter with UI interface.It installs fine. The application name is mimio.

Could you please clarify? Is it like the silent install with basic GUI works & Non GUI fails?
