Silent install without Command Line Parameters

Wise Installation Studio: I know I can set LIMITUI=1 to remove all dialog boxes from the install but this is equivalent to 'quiet' mode, not a true silent install like when using /qn. Is there any way to emulate /qn from within the .msi itself without having to use any command line parameters or an external .exe?
