If you're planning distribute Flash Player you should fill out the application for distribution:
http://www.adobe.com/products/players/flash-player-distribution.html

The application is free and you will be directed to links to download the full MSI and EXE installers, along with documentation. They even include files for importing into SCCM catalog if you're using that technology.

Run the exe, go to temp, get the msi. Transform the msi to disable autoupdate if needed. run with /qn.
reg fix for the transform.....
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Update\Policy]
"EnableJavaUpdate"=dword:00000000

Created transform for Flash player 11.3.300.257, set the value of the property "ISCHECKFORUPDATES" to "0", this will disable automatic updates without use of the .cfg file. (check control panel afterwards).
