1. Did you install your application and are all files copied to the target location?
2. Is the shortcut Target set properly and to the right executable file?

Seems to me you're launching an advertised shortcut of an application that is not installed (or not installed for the current user).

I'm afraid that the fact that you posted such a vague response to a direct question (indeed, that your first post just said that you "got an error") excludes you from even a basic support role, much less a packaging one.

A little more basic information might have secured you an answer from the learned people on this forum.
ie. whats the application, whats the error
etc etc.
