My company over the weekend upgraded our SharePoint space from 2010 to 2013. The initial migration seems to have been a success but upon further review I've noticed a huge formatting error that no one seems to know how to resolve. I built a datasheet for my team that lists out all of our off-site locations complete with addresses for easy site lookup and in 2010 it showed the address in clear text. Once my page was upgraded to 2013 my address field now shows a hyperlink that says "view entries" and once you click on it the form appears that gives you all of the office info. This is how the address field is formatted now in this view:

It appears to me that the last editor is being melded with the address field. Is there anyway to fix this issue or am I doomed to recreate all of my addresses?
