Setting Java as default IE
Hi all,
I wierd issue kina. On our system we have different versions of Java going. Also there are Web Applications and Software we have also that requires specific versions of Java. What I need to do is to Depoly 2 versions of Java to a few PC's, e.g. JRE 1.3.1_16 and 1.5.1. But what i need to do is to make 1.3.1 as the default JRE to IE.
Any idea's on the easiest way to do this, I have found a few paths in the registry to do this, but I can not get it to work correctly.
Any help would be great.
Thanks again all for you help.

TG,
Good Morning. Check for your environment Path variables and Classpath variable entries.. I believe there should be an value pointing to the latest version of the JRE that you have installed. May be changing this to the older version installation path might get your problem resolved[;)]
