Set ticket fields via email, include space
We are setting up recurring tickets and would like to set numerous fields via email using the @ statements. How can we make this work if the field name or field value includes a space? I have tried all different combinations of quotes, parentheses,etc. Here is an example that does not work:
Set the "benefit category" field to "business continuity" via:
@benefit category=business continuity

There are a couple of issues that are fixed in 5.2. For now take out the space, but in 5.2 you should be able to use an underscore like this:
@benefit_category=
This is how the documentation in 5.1 says it will work but it doesn't always work in 5.1.
