Set the time server for WinXP and Win7

Does anyone have any idea the best way to set the time server to a particular server address using scripting, or actually any way that would be noninvasive to the user of the computer and can be performed through the K1000.

these are the commands I use for the k2000

net start w32time

%SystemRoot%\system32\w32tm /config /update /manualpeerlist:tmccacad.tmcc.edu /syncfromflags:manual

you can also enforce registry settings under scripts and these are the parameters to set
