Set Perms on Reg Keys

Hi. I have to write a script that will set the permissions on a reg key to "inherit". I am using REGPERM.EXE and it does not seem to work right.

It will set inherit on all Subkyes but not the parent.

How do you (from a DOS Window) set the permissions on a reg key on Windows 2000 to make it inherit?
