I've a problem with the connection on the web interface of my k1000.

When some users want to access to to the service desk web interface, they have an error message which said "permission denied" while other users have access.

What method of authentication are you using?  Are you using LDAP?  Perhaps there is an issue connecting to your LDAP server or you have additional LDAP settings in your Authentication Control Panel?

Do you have any connection issues with the built in admin account?

  • I'm using a LDAP authentification but I search into my k1000 I found the problem
    • Good to know! Was it something that can be shared in case anyone else has the same problem?

My guess would be that the ldap login for users was set to No Login Allowed.
