Service Desk Queue Direct URL
Hi,
Is there a way to create a URL that directs users to proper Queue rather than going to services desk and selecting the queue they want to go to?

admin interface: http://[KBOX]/adminui/ticket_list.php?queue_id=[#]
user interface: http://[KBOX]/userui/ticket_list.php?queue_id=[#]
replace [KBOX] with your server and [#] with the Queue ID. Find the queue ID by looking at the full links in Configuration > Queues.

No matter which Queue ID I use, the URL would bring up the default queue assigned to the user.

Hmmm... It's working in my environment. How do you manage the ticket owner labels? I.E. is there one label for all queues, or each queue has its own? - JasonEgg 8 years ago
