Is there a way to have it so a group of users can submit tickets for other users but once submitted not see the tickets anymore because its not their ticket and also not show up in the owners list? I'm thinking I'm going to have to create seperate ques for this but I was wondering before I started if anyone has done this before?

I figured out how to do what I wanted to do by making the submitter field under Customize these values turned to User Create. This way any user could submit a ticket that has write permissions but once its submitted they can no longer see the ticket if its not their own.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
