I'm trying to find a way to send an email to the ticket submitter and a group (email@whatever.org) when a ticket is closed.
I am able to get an email to one or the other but not both. We have tried custom ticket rules but it does not run both rules just one or the other.
If I enable a custom ticket rule to email on close the System Ticket rules: EmailOnClose will not send the closed email either.

The submitter should be taken care of by the email on events checkboxes.

If you post this question on the ticket rules board from the perpsective of "how do i modify my ticket rule to..." AND put the rule code in it I will modify it for you to email the owner as well
