Selecting Tasks to Sync with RSA
I have an RSA but cannot select the Pre- and Post-Install tasks. The check boxes are grayed out. I am looking at the RSA from the K2000 Remote Site Deployment section. When I have my administrator look at the RSA, he cannot select any of the tasks as well. How do I add new tasks to the RSA? Thanks!
