Security Scan for Specific Files

There is no doubt that the K1000 and Kace agent is pretty powerful so I'm hoping to be able to bounce something off everyone here.  I've been tasked with scanning every PC and server for the presence of particular files and we have nearly 300 nodes and touching each one for the native Windows search feature is not an option. To complicate matters, the files could be kept anywhere on the PC, laptop, or server; no consistent path to look in, so it has to be a full PC scan. Is it possible to use the Kace agent with the K1000 to scan each PC, laptop, & server for the presence of specific files?   If so what feature of the KBOX would you suggest using?

Thanks in advance.
