Software Deployment

Has anyone dealt with this install before? I am trying to find a way to silently uninstall the program, but none of the standard methods work. It looks like an Installshield installscript installation which should indicate that there should be an answer file somewhere to handle the uninstall but there is not one on the machine. I really don't want to monitor the install and create a scripted uninstall from that unless I really have to.
