Script to move "Closed" ticket(s) to a different queue after a time period
I need to create a script that would move any ticket(s) that has been closed for 5 days to a new (identical) queue. The originating queue is called "Help Desk" (Queue ID=1) and destination queue is called "HelpDeskArchive" (Queue ID=3).
When I say identical...all of the categories, priorities, statuses, submitters, etc... are exactly the same in both queues.
