Script to add user account [SOLVED]

Is it possible to add a user account to a computer (XP) via a script? Basically, I want to be able to run a post install (KBox) via a script after pushing out an image. This will add a predefined user account to that computer. It will need to be setup on the domain and in the administrator group. The account is already created in AD, I just need that account added to the PC in the admin group. Any ideas?

Use net localgroup.
for example
net localgroup administrators /add Domain\Username

You can also control this with group policies.
